Support Unit Assessment

Student, academic, and administrative support offices at Texas A&M University participate in the assessment of the services they provide. Staff and/or faculty members in each area should identify the key functions of their office and measure the extent to which they are performed and goals are achieved. Units should use direct measures of assessment designed to evaluate the quality of the services they provide.

The purpose of assessment is to use the results to improve upon the services and functions of the individual unit. Support offices utilize AEFIS to annually report their assessment results and corresponding Action Plans based on their findings.
