| Assessment at Texas A&M University To meet accreditation requirements, SACS expects all academic programs to identify and assess student learning outcomes and use the results of the assessment to make improvements. To meet our Institutional Effectiveness plans, we need to have an assessment plan on file for each academic degree program by December 14, 2007. The expectations for the plan are outlined in the Memo to Academic Deans, from Dr. David Prior, Executive Vice President and Provost, dated March 2007.
