- To secure your event registration and the early registration rate, you must email or fax a copy of this form(s) to Karen Farnsworth BEFORE sending to your business office for check processing (see below for contact information).
- The payment by check form will not be available after January 31, 2010. If you have any qeustions, contact Karen Farnsworth.
Instructions for the Payment-by-Check Registration Form (for use with checks)
- Complete the form (see link below), then save and print it. Note: You will need to complete a separate form for each participant. However, you can send one check to cover all the registration fees.
- Email or fax a copy of the form(s) to Karen Farnsworth (k-farnsworth@tamu.edu or 979-862-2919) BEFORE sending to your business office for check processing.
- Make the check payable to Texas A&M University.
- Mail the check and all completed registration forms to:
