The College DE Liaison Role
Each college and school has appointed at least one individual to serve as the internal DE Liaison. DE Liaisons are responsible for:
- Providing Program Coordinators with feedback on their program's annual DE Effectiveness documentation.
- Helping programs meet minimum annual reporting requirements.
- Answering DE effectiveness-related questions from Program Coordinators and departments.
- Working with OIEE staff to schedule annual meetings/trainings for Program Coordinators related to the DE Effectiveness reporting and documentation processes.
- Completing an annual audit of Program Coordinators to ensure correct access to DE program forms.
