The Assessment Liaison Role
Each college, school, and branch campus has appointed at least one individual to serve as the internal Assessment Liaison. Assessment Liaisons are responsible for:- Providing Program Coordinators with feedback on their program's annual Assessment Plans and Reports.
- Helping programs meet minimum annual reporting requirements.
- Answering assessment-related questions from Program Coordinators and departments.
- Working with OIEE staff to schedule annual meetings/trainings for Program Coordinators related to the assessment and documentation processes.
- Completing an annual audit of Program Coordinators to ensure access to assessment forms is correctly reflected.
