Assessment Roles
Texas A&M University uses the online platform HelioCampus (formerly AEFIS) to document annual Support Unit Assessment Plans and Reports. In addition to Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Evaluation (OIEE) staff who provide units with feedback and comments, there are two other roles involved in the assessment documentation process:
- Program Coordinators: Staff who document and submit Assessment Plans and Reports in HelioCampus. Program Coordinators are assigned to one or multiple units/departments.
- Assessment Liaisons: Division or unit heads who provide the final review of the Assessment Report before submitting to OIEE for end-of-cycle comments.
