IMPORTANT: Summer Building Construction in Henderson Hall
Floors 1 and 2 of Henderson Hall are currently under construction. Access to Floor 3 of Henderson Hall (Scanning Services location) is limited to ONE entrance from May 19 - August 15 due to construction on Floors 1 and 2. You must use the entrance at the back corner of the building nearest to All Faiths Chapel.
PLEASE NOTE the elevator is under construction during this time, which means Floor 3 is only accessible by the stairwell. If you will be using Scanning Services this summer and are unable to bring Scantrons up the stairwell, please contact us ahead of time and we will facilitate curbside service to process your exams (scanning@tamu.edu/979-862-2918). Thank you for your cooperation and apologies for the inconvenience.

Permanent Closure of Scanning Services
We will be supporting exam processing through August 15, 2025. We are unable to process Scantrons after that date. To get started with Gradescope for bubble sheet grading, contact support@instructure.com.NOTICE TO INSTRUCTORS
DigitalDesk Scantron processing software does NOT currently support multiple correct answers for a test question. The system will score a question as INCORRECT if a student has more than one answer bubbled in. The system DOES support "either/or" scoring. For example:
Supported: Answer key has A and B bubbled in. The student can bubble in either A or B for the question to be counted as correct.
Not Supported: Student must bubble in A and B for the question to be counted as correct.
