The bolded text in the tables below indicates the current academic calendar cycle used to coordinate the open and close dates for Student Course Evaluations (SCEs) completed in HelioCampus (formerly AEFIS). Per Faculty Senate guidelines, Regular Term SCEs are normally scheduled to open the day after Q-Drop and close at 11:59 p.m. the day prior to the first day of finals. Results are available the next day after the official deadline for grade submission to the office of the Registrar.
