Dongling Zhan, Ph.D. joined the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Evaluation (OIEE) in 2015. In her current position, she manages the university-wide surveys administered by OIEE including undergraduate, graduate, and former student surveys. She also develops, implements, and coordinates the administration of student course evaluations (SCEs) across the university in HelioCampus (AEFIS).

Dongling holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Texas A&M University.
